Trimart’s forecast for new home sales in 2011 is 21,000 for the GTA in 2011, up from last years’ performance at 19,722 sales in 2010.
We’re buoyed by the generally positive outlook from Trimart.
PM has a new addition. We snapped up a go-getter in the industry. We welcome Banar Pasha to the team. Banar’s background in marketing and enthusiasm were just up our alley.
