PM puts their Hats On for Awareness

For the second year in a row, Sarah & Pavel put their finest digs on to support Enza and Benny and the Hats On for Awareness cause!
What a great event, the food and the venue were absolutely beautiful this year, and it was so much fun to see everyone’s ‘lids’!
When we finally called it a night, the event was still going strong!

We are proud to support this great cause – to raise awareness and eradicate the stigma of mental illness and addiction!

PM CSM Escapes to NYC!

PM CSM escapes to NYC

Cab...going....so...fast....

After finding the keys to unshackle himself from his desk PM CSM Darryl Orian managed to flee to NYC for 3 days of culture and relaxation.

Taking time out to experience the MET, MOMA and the spectacular views from the Empire State building and Rockefeller Center, Darryl also had time to research some of the new trends in advertising such as the Times Square augmented reality billboard, and an interactive digital art installation.

A photo shoot at PM’s office

“Like a shoemaker without shoes…” describes many agencies as they struggle to find time – in between client work – to actually market themselves! Our most important asset is our work, and taking the time to professionally shoot and organize our samples is critical.

Here Pavel sets it up…

PM Helps Bring Brooklin’s Forest to Life!

Brooklin's Forest Sales Office

Riding the wave of success from the recent King’s Ridge opening, PM was running on all cylinders for the preview launch of Brooklin’s Forest.

Opening up a sales office on the ground floor of a designer model presented special concerns, but PM developed a successful layout that not only maximized the limited space available, but also allowed the sales staff to control the traffic flow into the sales area.

The main attraction in the community area is the incredibly detailed full community scale model and accompanying community video that conveys the vision for this family friendly community.

PM had a lot of fun designing the signage and printed materials for this site, which included a distinctive die-cut design that stood out amongst competing signage.

PM is proud of the response to the site has already been overwhelming with 25% of phase 1 selling out in just one weekend of preview appointments.

PM pleased to be part of BILD Social Media Seminar

Jun 18, 2010 Markham, ON: For this month’s BILD seminar, PM was invited as a panelist, offering some practical information and advice on how best to implement social media strategies.

When asked why many builders haven’t adopted a social media strategy as part of their marketing efforts, Ms. Allworth offered, “many builders don’t use it because they just don’t know where to start, or perhaps they feel they lack the resources to maintain it, or perhaps they don’t have tangible proof of social media’s success”.

“However there are many low-cost strategies which may help to get a foot in the door in social media, and with a little sound advice and research, companies can start in the right direction.”

Keynote Speaker Sean McDonald of Veritas advised us that one doesn’t need to adopt ALL social media strategies at once, but rather start small and test the waters.

And with millions of social media users world wide, and the growing number of social media startups, it’s become apparent that social media is here to stay, and will become yet another channel for our marketing messages.

“What we’re suggesting is that it become another key ingredient in your marketing stew, not the entire meal!” adds Ms. Allworth. And then, “I’m hungry. When’s lunch?”

PM’s Brush with Celebrity – Miss Scarborough 2010

Jun 22/10 – Toronto, ON PM is pleased to announce account manager Amanda George has just been named as Miss Scarborough 2010 and will go on to compete in the Miss Canada Globe pageant.

“Yipeee!!!” says George, when asked how she feels about the accolade. We have asked Ms. George repeatedly to come down from cloud nine, but she has advised us that she will no longer be ‘slumming’ it with the commoners.

Stay tuned as we follow her progress.

There’s nothing like the smell and sight of green..we’re talking about King’s Ridge!

PM is thrilled to announce the completion of the glorious King’s Ridge Project.

This is one of the largest projects PM has undertaken to date and has been one of the most rewarding experiences for the team.

Some of the project highlights included working on the awesome new Visual Insight® (V-trend) program and the interactive site plan table (RN Design) as well as developing the unique sales office layout that facilitated ‘traffic flow’ for presentation purposes.

As clients entered the front of the sales office they gathered in the bright and spacious front lobby. Designed to be closed off from the rest of the sales office when needed, it featured a full wall mural, sliding translucent barn doors and furnishings which were cool and contemporary.

In the community area, there was a presentation with a full scale model of the community and a companion community video.

The sales office also featured a fully interactive site plan table (provided by RN Design) which is an innovative tool for the sales team to show clients their selected lot, siting and other pertinent details at the time of purchase.

But the biggest highlight of the Sales Program at King’s Ridge was the Visual Insight program.

Visual Insight® is an intelligent innovation in home building that will completely transform the way home buyers purchase a new home. Visual Insight® is visualization software that shows buyers in 360 panoramic virtual reality an entire exterior and interior walk through of their home, prior to purchase and allows them to choose their finishes and view them onscreen. The program promises to make the choices much clearer for prospective new home purchasers and is the first of its’ kind in the GTA.

Response to the logo we designed was very strong and positive. This led us to incorporate the King’s Ridge charger into many different elements of the project – from the 8ft metal horse in front of the sales office, to the raised cut-out accents on the product displays.

Our e-marketing campaign helped garner thousands of registrants and led to weeks of scheduled private appointments. From the overall design, size and scope of this project, PM is proud of the hard work and dedication that went into this site and is happy to have been involved with such a great and revolutionary project.

PM wishes Zancor the best of luck on this site and hopes to continue with endeavors like this one.
