PM is thrilled to announce the completion of the glorious King’s Ridge Project.
This is one of the largest projects PM has undertaken to date and has been one of the most rewarding experiences for the team.
Some of the project highlights included working on the awesome new Visual Insight® (V-trend) program and the interactive site plan table (RN Design) as well as developing the unique sales office layout that facilitated ‘traffic flow’ for presentation purposes.
As clients entered the front of the sales office they gathered in the bright and spacious front lobby. Designed to be closed off from the rest of the sales office when needed, it featured a full wall mural, sliding translucent barn doors and furnishings which were cool and contemporary.
In the community area, there was a presentation with a full scale model of the community and a companion community video.
The sales office also featured a fully interactive site plan table (provided by RN Design) which is an innovative tool for the sales team to show clients their selected lot, siting and other pertinent details at the time of purchase.
But the biggest highlight of the Sales Program at King’s Ridge was the Visual Insight program.
Visual Insight® is an intelligent innovation in home building that will completely transform the way home buyers purchase a new home. Visual Insight® is visualization software that shows buyers in 360 panoramic virtual reality an entire exterior and interior walk through of their home, prior to purchase and allows them to choose their finishes and view them onscreen. The program promises to make the choices much clearer for prospective new home purchasers and is the first of its’ kind in the GTA.
Response to the logo we designed was very strong and positive. This led us to incorporate the King’s Ridge charger into many different elements of the project – from the 8ft metal horse in front of the sales office, to the raised cut-out accents on the product displays.
Our e-marketing campaign helped garner thousands of registrants and led to weeks of scheduled private appointments. From the overall design, size and scope of this project, PM is proud of the hard work and dedication that went into this site and is happy to have been involved with such a great and revolutionary project.
PM wishes Zancor the best of luck on this site and hopes to continue with endeavors like this one.
